How can I view the status of my order?
Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
CAN I ORDER AND HAVE MY PACKAGE SHIPPED AS A GIFT TO A DIFFERENT PERSON?
Of course. If you let us know the occasion we can add a note from you at no extra charge.

How can I view the status of my order?
You can use Order Tracking to check on the status of your order. We give you a confirmation number after we ship.

What shipping method do you use?
All jewelry orders are shipped using USPS PRIORITY MAIL with delivery confirmation.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
For U.S. orders, there is a flat rate of $4.50for shipping and handling, regardless of the total value of your order or how many items you purchase. All purchases are gift wrapped at no extra charge! Please contact us at orders@NeverEverBoutique.com for international shipping quotes.

How soon do you ship my order?
While we do strive to ship most orders within 3 business days, we do occasionally have delays. If you have already placed an order, please use our order tracking to check on the status your order.

When will my package arrive?
Orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after they are shipped.

Can I have my package sent to a P.O. Box?
No, we are unable to send packages to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.

Returned Packages
If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we are happy to issue a refund, less shipping and handling chargers or you may opt to have us re-deliver it to you. If you choose to have it re-delivered, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Never Ever Boutique does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by USPS or returned to the Never Ever Boutique as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by, a $5.00 charge is assessed to the billing party.

What forms of payment can I use?
Never Ever Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover, plus PayPal.

What if I want to return an item?
We are proud to offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered, simply return item in new condition and in its original packaging within 10 days of your receipt of the item. Please also include a copy of your original packing slip. The Never Ever Boutique will issue a full refund, less shipping and handling chargers. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
